The house
Macaklin is a contemporary wooden house in the heart of Fužine, where the forested mountains of Gorski kotar meet the still waters of Lake Bajer. Built with natural timber and designed for slow, restorative stays.
Three self-contained luxury suites share the same love of detail — soft light, warm materials and the quiet of the forest just beyond the window.

Our largest suite — a private hot tub, infrared sauna, a fireplace and two terraces. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed.
A bright upper-floor suite with a private balcony, a modern kitchen and bathroom, a double bed and a comfortable sofa — ideal for a couple.
Sister to Suite 2, also on the second floor — a private balcony, modern kitchen and bathroom, a double bed and a sofa for an extra guest.
